| Overview |
| |
Thank you for considering C&G
for your web development needs. If this is your
first venture into the web, we know you may have
many questions about using this media to support
your business goals. First, and foremost, we would
like you to know that the process of developing
a web presence is a joint effort -- we will work
with you to accurately translate your goals into
a powerful web based solution. We will hold review
and sign-off meetings throughout the design and
development process. Our goal is to develop your
site effectively, efficiently and within budget.

| How We Charge |
| |
Like all service organizations, we
base our costs on the time required to complete
a project. We bill at an hourly rate that is competitive
with what other firms of our quality and experience
charge. A web site can range in cost from a few
hundred dollars to thousands of dollars, depending
on your needs and budget. We often work with our
clients to develop their web sites in stages. For
example, we may build a basic framework with static
pages and later add active content. Web sites usually
evolve over time to complement and support the needs
of your business and your customers. We provide
a detailed proposal and estimate for approval before
beginning work. The proposal becomes a blueprint
that we adhere to unless mutually agreed upon changes
are incorporated into a revised specification. |

Strategy Outline |
| |
We have identified eight major steps
in our web site development process. A preliminary
information gathering meeting lays the foundation
for those eight steps. During this first meeting
we will get a basic understanding of your objectives,
target audience, preferences, budget, scheduling,
features and benefits. The eight steps of our strategy
are defined below. This process will help you sharpen
your focus and objectives, and it will help us ensure
that what we produce meets your needs both creatively
and strategically. |
